[CW] Interesting (?) Beacon...any ideas?

Tony,
I heard the signal here in NW South Carolina this morning. Only an
Inverted L wire antenna....and the signal was 339 at best. It faded very
quickly. Would be
interested to know more about the source. Sounds like
a joke that's not at all funny.
