[CW] 80 meter CW activity Check

Probably wasn't a good time to check.  That's during the late dinner 
schedule of the Eastern Time Zone and the early dinner schedule of the 
Central Time Zone.  To the west of those two, they're all still at 
work.  80M CW starts picking up about 0100z and is in full swing by 
0200z.  However, I will admit that there is still less activity than in 
the other bands.  But that may be the fault of the phone operators that 
have given 80M such a bad name, that many are afraid to try it no 
matter what the mode.
