Hi Bill... first, let me apologize for the list because of an earlier 
mostly-hostile message. I'm not happy about the proverbial "no-code-Extra" 
business... and could write a book of pure criticism of that policy-as well 
as the people responsible for things coming to this-but the fat-lady (or, 
to be politically correct: the gravity-challenged person) has sung. It is 
what it is. Taking it out on an ambitious newcomer doesn't help a thing. If 
there is any hope for CW to survive with ANY exclusive bandwidth, it will 
be because enough people like you (Bill) have the gumption to try to get 
their speed up to par... and carry on with that improvement because they're 
proud to belong to this unique fraternity.

I enjoyed reading about your struggle [grin] and admire you and your dad 
for sticking with it.

As for BPL, it has been the subject of MANY emails around the 'net, but one 
more time didn't hurt a thing.

ON ANOTHER NOTE:

I would really appreciate it if you folks have something negative to say, 
that you say it privately. If that wasn't clear in my recent email about 
the broad-based political comments, then let me make it clear here and now:

As all our grandparents used to say: if you don't have something nice to 
say, DON'T SAY IT!!!
