[CW] Bleah!

I agree with the PURPOSE of the reflector, and its subject is one of my
favorite topics. Yet (unless I missed or erased inadvertently some unguided
diatribes)  I fail to see there's been a deviation from the subject of any
magnitude as would really warrant any censure.
