Well, there's always the "Freebanders." Radio's version of Libertarians.

Actually, I wish there were more regulations on boaters. I NEVER go out 
on weekends, because that's when the idiots from the city show up with 
their twin 200-horse outboards, and tear up the bay (Delaware). There 
should be an exam for boaters, similar to the Captain's Exam for a "6-
pack" license. (Charter carrying 6 or less passengers).
