[CW] Beacon on 10106.4 (A few weeks ago)

Happy July 4th to All.

I would like to reestablish contact with the 3 or 4 stations that I
corresponded with regarding the early morning beacon on 10106.4 a few weeks
ago.  The callsign was "9KR11" and was broadcasting a short message every
five minutes. There is another interesting development.

If you were one of those stations that was part of that discussion, please
get in touch with me. I have deleted most of the messages and consequently
have lost
some of your email addresses.
