As soon as you know that the best way to operate a iambic paddle is by using
the least strokes possible and that most letters can be attained with just a
simple squeeze--the secret being the timing of the closing squeeze and/or
the release--then you
just apply that principle and effortless operation, with a steady hand and
imperceptible motions, will eventually become second nature--without
having to even touch these conceptual and useless distinctions between "Mode
A" and "Mode B".
That was, and remains, my point...
