[CW] iambic mode

Hello,
  I am getting back into hamming, and specifically cw, after a long qrt a=
nd would appreciate some advice. I searched the archives, but saw very li=
ttle on preferred iambic mode. My current keyer is a super cmos 2 (versio=
n 2.0) which I built long ago. I think it is only capable of mode A timin=
g. Is either mode A or B clearly superior? If I am going to go back into =
CW training, I would like to do it "right" (Okay, okay, I'll relearn sing=
le lever bug as well...sheesh!) thanks! rich WA7KMA
