Tony,

There is a guy here on 2 meters that tells us his daughter "learned" only
half the letters, and NO numbers and took the 5 wpm test.

Guess what?  She passed!  Her dad wasn't happy at all, saying she should
have at least learned the whole alphabet.

Then she grabbed a microphone and like ARRL says:  "Now you're talking!"
She is now an Amateur Extree Class Licensee.
