[CW] Long Live AR

For years I've used AR at the end of a string of CQs (of course after
the:"DE KP3X" to indicate I won't invite again but will wait for an answer).
For years I've always used AR SK TU .. to conclude a QSO when I don't intend
to stay on the air; otherwise I use AR TU.. if I remain available for other
callers. Those closing sequences are now second nature and instinctive for
me; I like them and deem them both rythmic and clear. I don't have any plans
to drop these habits.
There's really no perceived need for endless debates on the subject. Some
purists may opine there are more orthodox Morse Code manners on the air but
I really don't pay much attention to their plaints. The important thing for
CW operators is to understand each other and enjoy the mode, rather than to
insist upon rigid and byzantine protocols, as if those were engraved into
proverbial marble tabloids.
Long live AR as a strong and recognized sign!
73 Pedro KP3X..
P.S. Morse Code is forever....

felt out of place since it is not heard as much anymore, but I plan to
continue with this good practice.
