[CW] Clever use of keyer memories?

I have an N0XAS PicoKeyer with two 60-character memories. A beacon
prosign at the end of a string will cause beaconing. A chaining prosign
at the end of a string will cause the immediate playing of the other
memory. There is no provision to edit an existing string that is
already in memory; the whole string must be rekeyed.

Are there some clever ways of using the beacon and chain functions in
combination (for CQ and pounce)?

A separate parameter lets you set the beacon pause from 0 to 99 seconds.

There is a pause function that stops the string and waits for paddle
input. String sending resumes with a button press.
