[CW] New Morse Character.

I asked F5SGI, Jean-Marc if the "new" morse letter DI-DAH-DAH-DI-DAH
(Barred WA) - or as they say in French: "TI TAH TAH TI TAH", was another
letter, as I thought it might have been a French letter.
He had said previously that a lot of the European hams were using "barred
WA" ( . - - . - ) as the morse code for @.
It turns out it is! That character is already in use, and it is the
character that many of the Europeans are already using. So much for "ARRL"
coming up with this one!
Do you think this is a bone to be thrown to the "know code" people?
