[CW] New Morse Character.

The morse character .--.-. which is proposed for the @ symbol  is not a
Cyrillic morse character.  Besides the 26 letter English morse alphabet, the
Cyrillic alphabet includes
   .-.-   ----   ---.   and  ..--  which is transcribed by English speaking
radio operators as
   A      H    O    and   U    with a bar over the top of the letter.

They are  therefore referred to as Barred Letters by English speaking radio
operators.
