Don,

The RM number of the petition is given in the Subject of the email.  I did
the same thing - searched FCC for it, but it was also on the ARRL web page.

Sometimes I don't read the subject all the way - because it appears
"outside" the message.

Nevertheless here it is:  NVEC Petition was assigned RM-10787

(Do they make QUAD focals for my eyez?)
