The BPL issue is very important, and I sent in comments as all of us should have. But addressing the CW issue does not detract from addressing the BPL issue. Tha ARRL addresses many, many issues simultaneously. To somehow suggest that we can't deal with both is silly. Apples and oranges. Alan W.
