[CW] extras forgetting code

NONE-  it would be impossible to get up to 20wpm, and forget the letters 
later.  At about 8 to 12 wpm is when that happens.  Its like riding bikes.  You 
dont forget, but you may be shakey.  Back when Scouts had to learn the code for 
First Class, we mostly learned by using a single wig-wag flag (right dits- 
left dahs) and many forgot after they passed the test, if they didnt use it 
constantly( as we did in my troop).  I learned it that way, and later when I 
learned CW by sound, it took me 30 minutes to pass 5 wpm.
