With the help of the friends from Puerto Rico, we find this information in
the PRAL web site, concerning the cancelation of fraudulent exams of W5YI -
VEC in Puerto Rico. (1999-2000). Thsi site is plenty of information in
spanish about the W5YI frauds cases.
