World-wide radio  short wave for CEPT class 2 starting from 15 August
approved! (14.08.03/sh)

Starting from 15 August 2003 owners of the CEPT-Klasse-2 (additionally about
33,000 German radio amateur)  with their personal call signal may use the
high-frequency bands under adherence to the conditions valid for it in
Germany.
