[CW] Begali keys...email response?

I have ordered two keys from Begali and was never able to get  a 
confirmation email.  This is the experience  reported by others also.
I was told that their internet port/isp was a notorious spammer and many 
isp will not accept messages from them.  Also, they seem better at building 
keys than corresponding.

In both cases, as others have expeienced, the orders arrived safely and 
very well packed.  Time seems to depend on backlog.
