OK.  Well, let's hold them to it, despite Mr. Haynie's apparent memory
problem.

Now, did anyone notice that ARRL Board is disconinuing financial support for
the NTS at the national level?  I wonder what my Central Area TCC manager
thinks about that?  I'll have to ask him.

They had a committee report that also said that ARES doesn't utilize NTS
(which they seem to imply meant that ARES doesn't find NTS to be useful).

Furthermore, the committee reported that NTS is resistant to accept modern
technical advances (which I notice the committee chose NOT to interpret to
mean that NTS didn't find those advances useful ;^)
