[CW] Keep ARRL Membership

Quitting ARRL is like cutting out your voice box.

If you quit, then ARRL doesn't have to represent you.  Quitting sends a very
bad message to ARRL. (Although I understand the disgust the some are feeling
at the moment at the NVEC matter and what they THINK that ARRL will do.)

I encourage non-members to JOIN the ARRL, and those who are members to
write, email and call your representatives so they know how you feel and
what you want them to do in this important matter.

All you PRO-CW people JOIN JOIN JOIN ARRL.  The time is now.
