This IS as source of QRM to the 20 meter band. I can hear them here in
Virginia, and they often jam weak signal cw from Africa and Asia,not to mention
other areas of the world. It behooves the amateurs down in Chilie, and other
parts of Latin America to listen to the freqs, try to identify those responsable
and report them to their local Amateur radio and country authorities.
Remaining silent about ANY QRM just leads to MORE.
