[CW] CW does not need justification

         It depends on what you are trying to do.  If you're trying to make
DXCC on 160 meters or with QRP, or do weak-signal EME on 2 meters, most
of these activities ARE on CW.  For average run-of-the mill
contacts on most bands, any mode will work fine.  Most of us who have
been around for awhile are looking for new challenges such as QRP,
low-band DXCC or EME.  These areas will continue to be dominated by CW,
with or without any licensing requirements, simply because the mode
works better for those activities.  As newer codeless operators reach
the "looking for new challenges" stage, I predict many of them will
still migrate to CW since many of the more challenging aspects of ham
radio are done best using CW.
