[CW] ARRL membership polls...CW/no-CW

I remember a couple of polls.  Don't remember when they were taken.  
Don't remember if the results were announced in QST buried in the 
directors meetings minutes or in a quick blurb in the ARRL Letter.

I do remember both polls were overwhelmingly in favor of retaining CW 
as a requirement for HF access.

Of course, the ARRL is going to claim that so much time has passed that 
those polls are no longer relevant.  Which may be true.  It doesn't 
really matter.  ARRL ignored the results of those polls and I'm sure 
they'll ignore the results of any others until they get one that says 
to ditch CW.
