[CW] Slow cw speed.

I said I went to the Novice band - that is capitalized so it is a proper
noun. As in the Novice Band.

But I said I liked to seek out and work novices. This word isn't
capitalized, it means just novice - a beginner.

I know Technicians who were novices and Novices who were great technicians.

We were all novices once, and I hope to say I will always be a novice at
something and that I also am an amateur at what I try.

There are Amateurs who are amateurs and those who don't seem to be amateurs
at all, but mean spirited.

You can't be mean-spirited and an amateur. It is a contradiction.

To be an amateur, you are loving, and when you love, you form a union.

You can't do that any better than doing CW. You're actually modulating the
radio signal with your hand.

It doesn't get any better than that.
