[CW] Out of phase bug

Oh, well! Contrary to mi initial misimpression, that one bug is not meant
for operation by those who have concentric fingers which they grew after
years of usage of those darned concentric buttons in their transceivers.
Having discarded that group of users, I surmise this bug is meant for those
who operate while their bodies rest, supine, on pillowless mattresses and
who chose not to raise their heads above the flatness of their Sealy
surfaces and who also happen, by personal choice, to wear ruby red on their
lips and fingernails.
