[CW] Begali keys

Recently I wrote of my concern over lack of communication from Pietro 
Begali regarding an internet order for one of their paddles. I was 
attempting to get a confirmation and estimate of shipping date and arrival 
time as I am at a temporary location. I was told by a satisfied customer 
not to be concerned that the order would arrive soon.

Well, today, 4/08/03 I received the package, carefully wrapped and 
packed.  The order went in on 3/29 so that is very good service. From 
Italy, no less.

The paddle is excellent and beautifully finished. It has been reviewed 
favorably on eham.net and some of the email lists.  I agree.

So--my apologies if I created any doubts about this company.  I would not 
hesitate to purchase from them again, but don't expect too much of them in 
the way of communication.
