Hi Brad. Yes, I enjoyed bug night very much. Worked 5 or 6
other bug ops. Cq'ed quite a bit for the first hour or so around
7051 without any bites. Could have been conditions, could have been
my fist! Seemed like 40m perked up about 0200ut.
Ran into several boatanchor ops also - a joy to hear the bugs & tubers.
Nothing heard on 20 - band seemed to fall out early here. I used a
1953 Vibroplex delux(e).
I gave a listen on 80m, but noise level was very high. As for the time,
I prefer the entire 5 hour period - perhaps enough time for 80 to stretch out,
with the time change, etc. Of course with spring and summer coming on,
it might be a moot point.
Questions regarding the Horace Martin award. For multiple qsos with the same
station, do different bugs have to be used on both ends of the circuit, or can
I count it if only I (or he/she on the other end) change bugs? Also, can I count
bug qsos that are not made on bug nite?

The web pages are very helpful. Thanks!
