It's an OK basic keyer if your radio has none, and you have no paddles.

But it is very elementary --- poor built in paddles, difficult and crude
spacing/tension adjustments, no weight adjustment, tone adjustment buried
inside, no memory, no provision for external paddles.

It can be wired either 110 or 230 as it has a split-primary power xfmr.

    For 220VAC operation there is one jumper between pins 2 & 3 of the
transformer.

    For 110VAC operation there are two jumpers pin 1-3, and pin 2-4.
