Ditto Scott's experience. The "quality" of QSO's on CW compared to SSB, like comparing DVD or CD sound to 78 rpm records. I dont think it so much the mode, but the character of the good CW ops. There is so much "trash" talk on phone, I gave the mode up years ago.
