[CW] Designation

Hello dear friends:

This is to announce the 15th. of november designation of Mr. Arnoldo J.
Corda LU7EE as a new GACW Coordinator member.

"Tito" - LU7EE (AY7EE - LS7EE - L2E - L36E -L27EE - L47EE) is a very well
know argentine DXer, domestic and international contester and a QRP lover.
He is a very active helper since the GACW old days and now is in charge of
the GACW Internet bulletin edition and distribution.

Tito�s compromise to follow the same way and procedures described in our
rules to flying the Morse flag with all world wide CW and amateur radio
operators, under the GACW rules of ethics, solidarity and sportmalike for
the international community of amateur radios benefits.
