This is probably someone's act to do their own personal denial of service attack
against you, but there is a cure. If you have your own server and domain, you
can set up filters against an address that just dumps them out.
I am not sure if hotmail has folders, or filters, but if they do, note the
sender, and create a filter with his email address direct to "delete".  This
sends the email with that particular sender on it to "null" which, in a unix
server just sends it into oblivion. You can also do this with your own email
client (I use Netscape) which will do the same thing.
The email filter, on Netscape is under the messenger screen, and is under "Edit"
and "Message Filters". This, of course will not stop the server from being
jammed, but it will keep you from having to delete automatically. You can also
choose to keep a log with this to determine if all the addresses are identical
for the sender. At that point, you can write to "abuse @ (server name) of the
offender's server, and report this. You can get them terminated from being able
to send email from that particular server. If it starts again, you just do the
same thing.
