[CW] Modulated CW

Thanks to those who responded and gave me information.

Basically there were two recommendations.

July 1997 QST had an article by Donald DuBon n6jrl about building a modulated 
CW keyer for use with an HT.  That article is on the ARRL website or at 
http://home.earthlink.net/~fred_finster/CW_HT.gif.  There is a correction in 
September 1997 Feedback which only notes an error in the schematic which 
erroneously identifies C2 at 0.1 uF when it should be 0.01 uF.
