be capitalized!), then click "Retrieve Document List".
The links are listed by name, but are not listed with 
whether the comments are pro or con. All the comments
are in Adobe PDF format.

If you click on the "All" link at the bottom of the page, 
you can search for a specific commenter by name.
There are currently 440 comments.

There were a flurry of comments against the proposal in 
the past two days, and hardly hardly *any* opposition before 
that (maybe 15 or 20 out of 323 on Friday when I read them
all)!

It's important to post today, as tomorrow is the deadline!
