[CW] subbands

Dear OM DON K4KYV...

In Argentina we have mode specific subbands.

You can watch it visiting the section "Diales y Bandas" in our web site

There are two images showing the actual distribution in 40m and 80m bands.

In the regamentation, there is an specific article 148 preventing the
position of the carrier in each mode.
