[CW] Cedar Rapids Bug O ring

I'm trying to find a source for the large rubber
O-Ring washer which serves as a damper on the
Cedar Rapids Bug.   Red or Black...doesn't matter.  I've tried all the usual
suspects, but they
all want to know..."what did this thing come off ?"
If you know where I might find one..please let me know.
