Mike, fellow cw freaks-    this is actually,   re: sending at all.

I've only been at this ham stuff for 3 years, so obviously I haven't
acquired any bad habits yet, hmm hmm.

I'm frequently amazed at what incredibly bad code some people send- usually
with dual paddles.   But the very worst code is sent by the fellows who
have a bug and have presumably lost one of the weights.   So much damn
swing, they ought to get a job in a Dance Band.    Ironically, these guys
are often Fists members with Very Low Numbers  ;-)

What you said about making the finger motions in advance of the feedback
really speaks to the problem that I've had.   So, until I grow up (which
may be never)  I just bought a Kent single paddle.    Super, great, love
it, easy to use- I can send much too fast for my own good!

But the funny thing is this- I don't think I've ever heard truly bad code
sent off a straight key.
