 Most CW ops I
know never learned the iambic "squeeze" method, and use a single paddle
motion on double
paddles. Whatever works for you...

Gerry, i agree  all my paddles hv bn  non iambic paddles for the past 40 yrs
and nw im using a non iambic v22 by W9WBL, the difference being he wud put a
screw thru the two paddles so you cudnt close them at the same time:-)
ive never liked that squeeze keying...50wpm has bn fairly easy to achieve
with my non iambic V22, best paddles every made i think after using most of
them. Even the Mercury, id consider selling  off my last Mercury,there
iambic of course :-) Whatever works for you....
