[CW] CW going away - not for me !

Why are we discussing the possiblity of the FCC outlawing CW?   There seems to be no such movement about.  They simply are saying the US should no longer require CW as a requirment for licenses.  That is against the majority of amateurs wishes, but has nothing to do with outlawing CW, as some here seem to read into it.  Lets not cry "the sky is falling" or we may make it fall.
