[CW] CW going away - not for me !

Seen a few postings as to whether cw will be dropped at the FCC level..
Well, since when are they the dictators of what will be on the =
bands...seems to me that they have been pulling away from any =
involvement on the Ham bands, save for the few recent NPR and some =
sporadic enforcement by Riley Hollingsworth.
So, if the FCC says no more CW, how will they ever enforce it ? =20
And how many of us that enjoy the mode will stop using it ?
