[CW] FCC TESTING

Boy, did YOU stumble across the wrong list!
Honestly though, whether or not the Morse requirement remains or goes away, CW
will survive.
I have heard that the question will be discussed at the 2003 WRC, but there are
several member-nations of the IARU that are against dropping it (the US is not
one of them)
