In the past, it was to mean, "I will QSL upon receipt of
your card".  I'm not sure if it is still used in that
context or not.  Another Q signal of that type was/is
QRNN (which meant man made static) as opposed to QRN
which meant atmospheric static.  It will be interesting
to see what others remember.
