[CVRC] Reno Amateur Radio Classes Being Offered, Starting February 3rd at IGT

The 2004 Spring Amateur Radio classes begin February
3rd in Reno.
 
We will be offering morse code and�Technician license
classes.
 
Morse Code 6pm - 6:45pm Tuesdays - 12 Week course. 

This course will teach students the morse code
language. The goal of this class is to prepare
students for the morse code 5wpm exam which also is a
requirement for the General class 
License. This class will be taught by W6MN Frank here
in Reno.
 


Technician License Class 7pm - 9pm Tuesdays - 9 Week
Course.

This class is for anyone wishing to get their amateur
radio license. This 9 week course will prepare
students for the Technician Class License. The 9th 
week of the course will be the exam. The course fee is
20.00 payable the night of the class. This fee goes
towards purchasing the "Now You're  Talking" book. 
 
Both courses will be held at the IGT training Center
in South Reno, at the IGT Campus.
