[CVRC] CVRC February Meeting Cancelled

For a variety of reasons dealing primarily with new meeting places and the 
anticipated bad weather this weekend, the normal February CVRC meeting will 
not be held.  The April meeting should occur on schedule and specific 
information will be sent out as soon as it is available.

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
