High Wind Advisory

...Wind Advisory has been extended until 430 PM PDT Wednesday
afternoon...

Strong winds are forecast as a dry cold front moves through northern
Nevada.  North winds of 30 to 45 with gusts to 55 mph are likely to
be widespread over the area today.  Some locally stronger gusts are
possible.   The strong winds will create areas of blowing dust that
may reduce visibility to near zero at times. The worst conditions
will likely occur South of the Humboldt and Carson sinks including
Fallon and U.S. Highway 50.  Winds will shift to the northeast and
decrease later this afternoon.
