...Wind Advisory in effect until 3:30 PM PDT this afternoon...

Strong winds are forecast as a dry cold front moves through northern
Nevada.  West winds 30 to 45 mph with gusts to 55 mph are likely to
be widespread over the area today.  Some locally strong gusts are
possible.   The strong winds will create areas of blowing dust that
may reduce visibility to near zero at times. The worst conditions
will be in the rural areas of western Nevada.
