...High wind watch Wednesday...

West winds 20-40 mph are forecast to develop during the late
morning to early afternoon with local gusts over 50 mph. Gusty
winds will cause low visibilities at times with blowing dust
and sand. Take precautions to protect property from damaging
winds and blowing sand. Motorist can expect hazardous driving
conditions with dangerous cross winds and near zero visibilities
in blowing dust and sand.
