We have a major problem right now in Carson City.  We are poised to
vote on AB 441, Speaker Perkins homeland security Nevada style.

Big problem is that in Sec. 21, we will not be able to sell, distribute or
listen to radio frequencies if the governor declares them "confidential."

This is no joke.  Please get the word out to everyone that they need to
email and call all legislators and their own senators and assemblymen.  I
can't believe this got out of the Assembly and came here to me in the Senate
without a bit of noise.
