High Wind Advisory
300 PM PST Tue Mar 25 2003

...High wind watch for late tonight through Wednesday afternoon...
winds will increase overnight and by morning will be 20 to 35 mph
with local gusts to 60 mph. The strong winds may produce areas of
blowing dust with low visibilities. Winds will decrease late
Wednesday afternoon as a cold front moves south of the area.
