High Wind Advisory
300 PM PST Wed Mar 12 2003

...High Wind Warning for Thursday afternoon and evening...
south to southwest winds will increase to 30 to 45 mph with gusts
between 60 and 80 mph by Thursday afternoon. Wind speeds over 100
mph will also be likely along the Sierra crest.  The high winds are
expected to continue through late Thursday evening.
